- Data Controller: LMC processes your personal data as data controller under the KVKK.
- Processed Data: Identity, contact, customer transaction, request/complaint, transaction security and cookie records may be collected.
- Purposes: Providing products/services, evaluating quote and project requests, customer relations, technical support and fulfilling legal obligations.
- Transfer: Data may be transferred to authorized institutions and suppliers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
- Your Rights: You may submit requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to info@lmcendustri.com; applications are concluded within 30 days.

The LMC logo, registered formulation names, technical catalogs, performance tables and 3D model visuals belong to LMC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
- Copyright and Trademark: All visuals, texts and technical content on the site belong to LMC.
- Co-Creation: Molds and samples produced in co-creation remain under LMC custody until an NDA is signed.
- Confidentiality: Shared technical specifications and project files are used only for evaluation purposes.
